Are you ready to stress less and have more peace and balance? Leave stress and an overwhelming life behind and stop spending money on things that just don’t work. I will teach you easy tools to apply everyday to thrive, and not just survive.

When something negative happens, we tend to focus on and dwell on those negatives. We keep going over what we did wrong, what went wrong, what the other person did wrong, etc. That does not work. Trust me, I’ve tried it.

In these live, interactive sessions on Zoom, you will learn tools you can use to get the most out of the events that happen in your life. You will be able to shift from victim mode to, “What am I going to do about this quickly and easily?” Armed with these new tools and habits, you will be able to get the results you want instead of just letting life happen and being frustrated with the outcome.

We will meet on Zoom 2 times per week (1 teaching day and 1 application day) over the course of 9 consecutive weeks. Get to the root of whatever you are dealing with. Have tools in your tool box to take on whatever life throws at you! Calls will be recorded for your convenience.

Week 1:

Tuesday- Intro and what to expect over the next 9 weeks. Identify 1-3 things you would like to change over the next 9 weeks. What has/hasn’t worked for you in the past?

Thursday- Thoughts/feelings/actions and how they affect you. You will learn simple tools you can apply immediately to gain control over your thoughts.

Week 2:

Tuesday- Learn your belief system and master it, so it doesn’t master you.

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application. Bring questions and any issues you may be working on so you can see how what you’ve learned can be applied.

Week 3:

Tuesday- Taking your power back when bad things happen.

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application.

Week 4:

Tuesday- Your 4 states of consciousness and how to have them working together for your peace and wellbeing.

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application.

Week 5:

Tuesday- How to cross the river of change.

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application.

Week 6:

Tuesday- Identifying your triggers and letting them go.

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application.

Week 7:

Tuesday- Living in survival vs. living in creation.

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application.

Week 8:

Tuesday- Old thoughts and why they are keeping you stuck.

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application.

Week 9:

Tuesday- Review and summary. What’s next?

Thursday- Q&A and Practical Application.


What’s Included

Multiple Sessions

This program is 2 days per week: one day for learning and understanding and the other day for discussion of application and tips for improvement. Having multiple sessions per week allows participants to become better involved with the material.

Group Discussion

This 9 Week Program utilizes one of the scheduled days for group discussion of the material and how they have been able to apply it. This provides participants with multiple real-world examples for application, as well as an environment to share their own experiences.
